Reaching out for therapy is a big step. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples in the Dallas area and online across Texas.

I work with couples at all stages of a relationship to help improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection and teamwork. I also help individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and grief.
